Dependable Contracting, Inc. is a licensed and insured building contractor in the both North Idaho (RCE-1494) and Eastern Washington (DEPENCI913N4). We build to or exceed the current International building codes. We are a hands on company who does it all! From the excavation work to handing you the keys to your dream home. Sub-contractors are hired to do the specialty work like electrical, plumbing, heating/cooling and sheetrock. We also do land development and are licensed and bonded to install septic systems. As the owner and a skilled laborer of the company, I am on the job site every day, ensuring that my crew and sub-contractors are living up to my company name. I am dedicated to each build and am always available to the homeowner, for advice or counsel.
Log Homes
We also offer log home building services on any brand of log homes. After constructing a Lodge Logs log home, I was impressed enough to become a dealer. I have found Lodge Logs to have the best quality logs around. They are kiln-dried to a moisture content of 15%. That along with their thru-bolt fastening system, makes for a tight joint that minimizes shrinkage and eliminates the need for chinking.
